When you think requesting a taxicab through your phone without talking to anyone, paying the taxi without cash and tracking the taxi driver real time is huge, you are miles behind. Uber is looking to leverage its huge network to become the next FedEx/UPS.
You could very soon get requests from Uber to pick up and drop parcels on your way! Of course, you would be rewarded with Uber credit to do that.
We do hope this brings shipping prices down!
