On the standard plan, you will have 50 free returns credited to your account as trial. On the Ultimate Post-Purchase Success Suite, 100 free returns are credited to your account as trial. Your trial will kick off only after you have set up your account with features essential to start managing your returns. On exhausting the last free return, you would need to upgrade to a paid account to continue having access to the features on your account. The trial gives you full and free access to every feature included in the plan except SMS notifications. Automated SMS order notifications carry an additional per-SMS charge.

Our pricing starts with a fixed fee of $7 for 14 returns. Every additional return from thereon will be calculated at $.35 per return.

For example:

Let’s say you’ve had 30 returns in a month. Your fee for the month would be:
7$ (for 14 returns) + $0.35 * 16 (additional returns) = $ 12.6

If you’ve had 14 or less returns in a month your fee for the month would be:
A fixed fee of $7

The Ultimate Post-Purchase Success Suite combines Delivery Experience Management, Parcel Audit and Shipping Refunds, and Returns Experience Management to offer a comprehensive post-purchase solution for businesses. On this plan, returns are only charged at $0.35 per return (the fixed fee of $7 included in the standard plan has been waived off.), D.E.M is charged at $0.05 per shipment tracked (as opposed to $0.07 for just Delivery Experience Management) and 35% of refunds recovered (as opposed to 50% for just the Parcel Audit and Refunds Plan). This adds up to significant savings over time.

As part of our early launch offer, there are no feature restrictions on any of our plans. Both standard and the post-purchase value bundle gives you full access to every feature during the trial and after you upgrade to a paid account.

Note: Automated SMS order notifications carry an additional per-SMS charge.

With the exception of SMS Notifications, the cost covers all features on both plans. SMS notifications carry additional charges.

If you select the standard plan:

In addition to your current pricing i.e $0.07 per shipment tracked, Returns Experience Management will be charged at a fixed fee of $7 for 14 returns. Every additional return from thereon will be calculated at $.35 per return.

If you select The Ultimate Post Purchase Success Suite:

D.E.M is charged at $0.05 per shipment tracked (as opposed to your current pricing of $0.07), Returns Experience Management is only charged at $0.35 per return (the fixed fee of $7 included on the standard plan will be waived off), and 30% of refunds recovered (as opposed to 35% on just the Parcel Audit and Refunds Plan). We would strongly recommend this plan to drive maximum savings over time.

In addition to your current pricing i.e $.05 per shipment track plus 30% of refunds recovered, Returns Experience Management will be charged at only $.0.35 per return. (the fixed fee of $7 included in the standard plan will not be applied.)
