Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identifying potential leads and researching target industries and companies to create a list of potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to engage with potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Qualifying Leads: Evaluating and qualifying leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as customers and their fit with the company’s products or services.
- Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to provide support in managing sales pipelines, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales activities and progress.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for the company’s products or services.
- Sales Analytics: Assisting in analyzing sales data, metrics, and key performance indicators to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
